Co-ownership scheme

As panel members of NICOHA, Keown Solicitors can help you if you are thinking of buying a house through Co-Ownership. NICOHA, runs the Co-Ownership Scheme for Northern Ireland. It helps people get on the property ladder, even if they can't afford a full mortgage.

You can start with a stake in your home of between 50% to 90%, which over time you can increase. 75% of purchasers increase their stake in this way, with most of them leaving Co-Ownership completely.
